I've been taking cars to Absolute Auto for at least 10 years and I won't go anywhere else. As a single female, I've been taken advantage of a few times when dealing with repair shops, but not here!! They are thorough, honest, and realistic about what they can and cannot do. They have been helpful and accommodating with my automotive needs. Can't recommend them highly enough.

My RV had a bad starter, had a new starter put in by a friend. Was still having problems, brought it to Absolute auto and they worked me in and figured out the problem and got me back on the road. Great customer service, great prices, I would highly recommend Absolute Auto to anyone and everyone!!!! Thank you Jason and Patrick!!! 

I had Absolute Automotive install tailpipes on my little Hot Rod yesterday - (1956 Ford F-100). Great service and right on time. I worked for the heavy truck/ automotive industry for almost 40 years and am very satisfied with the work that Jud and the crew did on my Truck. Awesome job, guys - thank you for a job well done!

We recently began taking our cars to Absolute Automotive, for maintenance and repairs.Our, only regret, is not doing it sooner ! Jud and his technicians, took care of a varied list of repairs, in a timely, professional manner at a very reasonable cost. Their quality workmanship has earned our trust completely. I'm pretty sure this is the first review I have ever written. I was motivated to leave a review because of the outstanding service I have received. Absolute Automotive came highly recommended to me, and so over the past year I have taken my 2004 Dodge Neon in for maintenance on three or four occasions.I proudly accept the label budget customer. I am not wealthy. I depend on my 137,000+ mile car to commute to work 35min away each day. I cannot afford another car. If my car breaks down, I lose my job. The team at AA has consistently helped me determine what is essential repairs to keep the car running and what maintenance is needed, but can be put off for financial reasons. They answer my questions without making me feel embarrassed that I am not knowledgeable about cars. Just this week I had some major problems that were financially stressful for me. AA helped me figure out bottom dollar, and finished work on my car earlier than expected. All of this helped save me money I desperately needed. I would recommend Absolute Automotive to anyone.

I'm new to the area and needed immediate attention for my Toyota Avalon Limited. After much Internet searching, I selected Absolute Auto Repair. I experienced professional, courteous, competent, and timely service. Thanks! I highly recommend them. Not only did I receive prompt service, Jud gave me a detailed analysis of what needed to be fixed and what I could anticipate in the future. Oh, I was told by another garage I needed a new part when Jud and crew determined that all that I needed was some lose wires be reconnected! These guys are honest! Thanks! I'll be a repeat customer.

Fortunately, through an unfortunate situation I came to know Absolute Automotive. I was headed to Northern California when my car suddenly quit running in Eugene. Triple A towed me to the nearest AAA approved repair shop. There guys are professional, honest and take the time to let you need what needs to be done and what doesn't. It is obvious they want customers for life. They had me back in my vehicle within 24 hours - and the price for service and parts was very fair. If I lived in Eugene, I would now go there for all my car needs. But I don't, so I want to share my experience with those who do. They took care of me as if I lived there - though knowing I would probably not return. Service, knowledge and very reasonable pricing. It's what we all look for in an auto shop. These guys are the real deal.

Absolute Automotive saved our day. On our way to Portland for a gig we developed a problem with our tour van. Jason and his staff were super friendly, smart and helpful and had the problem diagnosed and repaired very quickly without leaving a big dent in our wallet. We highly recommend these guys.

My fiance and I are brand new to the Oregon area, being from Wisconsin, and our car became stranded. I saw the good reviews online and kept Absolute Automotive in mind, but to be sure of a good mechanic I asked our Tow Truck driver's opinion. He told us Absolute Automotive is the usual recommendation for him, and boy are we thankful for the choice! Not only did they rush to get our car repaired, being we were stranded, they also gave us a ride to a hotel in their company vehicle! That's showing TRUE sincerity in their care for the customer. All of this was topped off with wonderful customer support, expert advice, and a real connection. Even as a 'tourist' they treated us as family. Recommended for all!
